mixed feelings about the stay
slow liftsdisabled card
the lifts were quite slow. there were six lifts, but three seemed to always be out of service, that was annoying. also, my room key stopped working after i had requested a slightly later checkout. i had to go back to the reception multiple times, it was such a waste of time and no one even apologized to me.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the mosque.
The reception area had an unpleasant smell , and it was overcrowded. This was due to the lifts not operating efficiently. The delay was considerable.

the location was very close to al masjid an nabawi, especially the ladies gate. brother yusuf and hasan raja were helpful . i had decent room service and found brother yusuf to be charming and helpful.
the wardrobe was broken . the muslim shower in the bathroom also did not work. there was much dust in the room, and the beds were not comfortable.

The location is great. It's very close to the women's praying area. the room service was really good, i must say. several services like groceries are just next door, it was really handy!
